Delete my data
You can permanently remove your account and associated data at any time.
Medusah Revise lets you control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use the platform, you can delete your account directly from your profile. This removes your account details and associated learning records from our active systems.
Open your profile
Go to your profile page where account settings are managed.
Find the delete account section
Scroll to the "Delete account" area at the bottom of your profile settings.
Confirm with your password
Enter your password to confirm. Once deleted, your account and data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you need help before deleting, please contact us first.
